    Sponsor names will be posted at the conference and listed on all printed materials distributed at the conference. Estimated conference attendance is 30‐50 participants. Sponsorships at the $500 and $750 level receive one complimentary registration; $1000 level sponsorships receive two complimentary registrations for conference.

Advertising Opportunities

    • Members Only – 1 email per year (no charge)
    • Members Only – $30 per email (text only)

  • WEBSITE BANNER ADS
    • Banner Ad (Chamber and Tourism Homepages): $2,000/year
    • Banner Ad: $1,200
    • Set-Up Fee: $150
    • Design Fee: $150

    Payment can be made in one annual payment or by monthly bank draft. Client chooses where the ad will appear, Chamber home page or Tourism home page or both. Payment must be received prior to advertisement appearance on the website.

    Advertisement will begin running within 10 days of approved art work and payment in full or first month’s bank draft being received. The advertisement will run for a full year from the first day of appearance on the website.
